We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive direct sales and channel partnerships for our ongoing residential projects in Mumbai.
- Lead and manage direct sales initiatives for ESTO projects
- Develop and nurture channel partner relationships
- Drive customer engagement from enquiry to closure
- 3–5 years experience in real estate sales required
Join our marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, brand activations, and lead generation strategies for ESTO Group’s projects.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Manage social media, content, and brand collateral
- Coordinate with agency partners for creatives and media
- 2–4 years experience in real estate or lifestyle marketing
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on ESTO project sites, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely execution.
- Monitor on-site construction quality and progress
- Coordinate with contractors and material suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3–6 years experience
